Each thirty-minute show will focus on one artist who has dedicated their lives to creating artwork that explores social issues, helping define the complex contemporary fabric of community, working beyond the traditional venues and making work that exists outside the traditional gallery or museum walls. What inspires an artist? How do they process the issues most important in their lives? How do they define their context and how does that context inform their aesthetic vocabulary?
