Chief Kubinski is a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Killeen Fire Department who is honored & privileged to hold the rank of Fire Chief for Killeen Fire in Texas. Dedicated to improving outcomes for any member of the department and the public we come into contact with, no matter what emergency or crisis they are experiencing.

Before becoming the Fire Chief in Killeen Texas, Jim spent 22 years with the Naperville Fire Department where he retired as the Battalion Chief of EMS. Jim helped guide Naperville Fire through the process of changing to Advanced Cardiac Resuscitation.

About our hosts:

Billy Croft A 28 year veteran of the Naperville Fire Department in Illinois, Billy has dedicated his life to public service. Billy also serves on the ACR Advisory Board helping other agencies improve neurological survival from cardiac arrest.

Joe Powel

Joe is a retired EMS Chief from Rialto Fire Department in California with over 40 years in the fire service and is also the founder of Advanced Cardiac Resuscitation. Joe also sits on the ACR advisory Board as the chairman. Joe believes nothing trumps compressions, nothing! Joe's goal for our industry is to get to 50.1% neurological survival from cardiac arrest by 2030.
