The theme of the week is Relationship with self. Do you ever feel like the only thing that's holding you back is you? That you would have the life of your dreams if only you could just get yourself onboard? To be on a self love journey is difficult because when you are coming from a place of viewing yourself as the problem, the enemy, the reason you cannot succeed, it places you in this limbo of moving forward, falling back and the cycle repeats. Lay discusses how to break that cycle with tips that will change your perspective so you will no longer get in your way.

Highlights- Understand that your insecurities and negative thoughts about yourself are not your fault, but it is your responsibility to reframe your thinking. Insecurities often stem from a fear of not belonging, which is influenced by societal factors. Our individualistic society, shaped by technology and social status, has led to a greater emphasis on self and personal achievements. However, it's important to reframe our thinking and realize that developing insecurities is not our fault. Instead, we can take responsibility for how we perceive and think about them.

Additionally, acknowledging the opportunities we have in our lives and identifying what threatens us allows us to navigate challenges more effectively.
- Practice forgiveness, compassion, and patience towards yourself. Forgiveness, compassion, and patience are essential qualities when it comes to our relationship with ourselves. By forgiving ourselves for past mistakes and showing compassion towards our flaws and imperfections, we can cultivate a healthier self-image. Practicing patience during our self-growth journey allows us to embrace the process and celebrate small victories along the way.
