Do you remember that song Real Love by Mary J. Blige? Such a great tune and it turns out that real love is an inside job, who knew?! Which leads to the question, when was the last time you've taken on the ritual of taking care of yourself first, truly above all other things? The rituals that actually help you show up as your best self, growing, learning and connecting to who you intend to be in this phase two of living life.

As a stay-at-home-mom for over two decades I can completely appreciate that the task of self-first can be daunting leaving you with many mixed emotions that can be summed up into one word: GUILT!

Yet, what if you took it slow and just built this important practice step by step overtime. I promise you if you take this approach self-love will be a real practice for you in no time. Listen in to today's podcast to get the scoop on my current morning rituals. It takes little time and makes a real difference in my day. Let's just say it's noticeable when I don't allow time for myself and not in a good way.
