Alejandro Szita (pronounce “SEE-tah”) is a California & Florida mortgage broker for artists and creative entrepreneurs. Alejandro has been a real estate and mortgage professional in Southern California since 2005. He explored the world of real estate from all angles—commercial, residential and capital raising—before realizing that real estate finance was his true passion. His clients range from household names to people working behind the scenes on all kinds of artistic projects, from musicians, producers and film composers to fashion entrepreneurs, audio engineers and video game designers.
