I tried to find optimal health in all the wrong places - diet after diet and health trend after health trend. Even my doctor and pediatrician couldn’t give me the answers I was looking for. I desperately wanted confidence and freedom in my health but felt like I could never actually attain it. I was constantly afraid that I was making the wrong decisions for my kids; however, I didn’t trust everything the healthcare system told me. I didn’t know where to turn. On top of that, I wasted so much money on supplements that didn’t work and fitness plans I couldn’t stick to. I finally realized that if I were to find freedom, I would need to educate myself. I needed to find strategies to help me reach my goals and interpret all the medical jargon I felt inadequate to understand. I created a system to help me save time in the kitchen and prepare healthy meals for my family, as well as strategies around deciphering the truth amongst all the confusing healthcare narratives. This brought clarity to my decisions and gave me the help I needed to actually stick to my goals and reach them. And now I’m ready to share it with you!
