Britt Nygaard is an elementary school teacher & online health coach. Recently becoming a mother in June of 2022, her mission is to now teach busy mamas to live a healthy lifestyle through simple & sustainable habits. Building an online presence for herself over the last 6 years and working with over 500+ women across North America, Britt has a broad perspective on the many struggles women face when trying to prioritize self-care. One of the core values of her brand is COMMUNITY, she never wants you to feel like you are on this journey alone because Britt believes mamas are stronger together. The Balancing Motherhood podcast is designed to give you an easy-to-access tool so that you not only feel supported in your journey as a mother but are given the information & a game plan to stop putting yourself on the back-burner.
