When selling your home, it’s incredibly beneficial to use a professional photographer to shoot photos to showcase the home.
You only get one shot to showcase your home in the best light possible and make a great first impression. Did you know that 90% to 95% of home buyers start their search online?
I still see Realtors taking dark photos and photos that don’t show wide angles or the whole living space, and it drives me crazy. Some of them think it’s okay to shoot photos with their iPhones and call it good. Out in the suburbs, even drone shots from above can be an important part of showcasing your home.
