Jyare Davis and Lucas Taylor has multiple chances to clinch the victory for Syracuse Adrian Autry's squad, but they both missed key free throws. However, Colgate couldn't take advantage. Eddie Lampkin led Syracuse with 15 points and Chris Bell also chipped in 14 points. Jalen Cox torched the Orange's backcourt of JJ Starling and JJ Starling all game with 21 points.
