Join us for live worship at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church this Sunday at 9 AM as we explore the powerful message of "Don’t Live for God's Gifts," rooted in Mark 10:23–31 and Ecclesiastes 5:10–20.
In these passages, we uncover timeless wisdom about the fleeting nature of wealth and the dangers of making money the central focus of our lives. Ecclesiastes reminds us of the emptiness that comes from chasing after riches, while Jesus, in Mark’s Gospel, challenges us with the difficulty of entering the kingdom of God when wealth becomes an idol.
True fulfillment and purpose are not found in the accumulation of material possessions, but in a life rooted in God’s love and grace. As we gather in worship, we are called to seek first the kingdom of God and trust in His provision, placing our hope not in the temporary things of this world, but in the eternal promises of our Lord.
