Terri Cole is a licensed psychotherapist, relationship expert, an empowerment coach, and author Boundary Boss and her latest book Too Much. She’s also the host of her top-rated podcast The Terri Cole Show.

For over 20 years, her approach has combined the best of practical psychology and Eastern mindfulness practices - making complex psychological concepts accessible, and then actionable so that women can achieve true transformation.

She’s been featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine, Vogue, ABC, The New York Times, Forbes, and more.

So, this is the second time I’ve had the honor of chatting with Terri Cole on the show. And so much of our conversation this time was centered around something really crucial as we purpose our purpose work: Our relationship to self.

In this episode, we chat about how she describes her relationship with herself today and the role it has played in her success over the past two decades, her journey to developing this kind of relationship to herself and how she used to struggle with codependency, self-abandonment, and a lack of boundaries, how the unshakable inner trust has empowered her to always stay true to herself and how she wants to deliver her work to the world and not cave to the pressure of publishers or outside advice, her biggest tips for transcending old limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns like burnout and people-pleasing as you go after your dreams, and so much more!
