In this episode of Tuna On Toast, Stryker chats with Abigail Morris, frontwoman of The Last Dinner Party. This U.K. band has quickly become popular all over the globe thanks to songs like "Sinner" and "Nothing Matters", and Abigail tells Stryker all about their rise in fame. The Last Dinner Party only played a handful of shows before getting offered a record deal, and it's been a whirlwind since then. Their debut album, 'Prelude to Ecstacy,' came out earlier this year, and Abigail tells Stryker all about recording it with producer James Ford. Stryker was lucky enough to catch The Last Dinner Party's first Los Angeles show in 2023, and Abigail shares with him her feelings about LA. There's also a new album from The Last Dinner Party, 'Prelude to Ecstasy: Acoustics and Covers.' Abigail explains why the band chose to cover such notable songs as Sparks' "This Town Ain't Big Enough for the Both of Us" and Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game." Abigail also reveals the two artists she dreams of collaborating with -- spoiler alert, it's Chappell Roan and Nick Cave!
