After we get all of the background out of the way, we start the discussion about dating. Harrison left Australia for a certain reason, although there may be more similarities with America than he thought. He spent some time in Miami and talks about the “dating” trend in that city. Then the conversation shifts to the West Coast, an area that Brian, Jenn and Victoria know fairly well. Jenn brings up the “one-uppers” mentality that is so prevalent in the Southland. Brian doesn’t believe that people date anymore which leads to a conversation about transactional dating.
