Being raised in a happy and healthy household did not prevent Logan Hufford from falling into deep sexual addiction in his early childhood that continued through adulthood.
Logan recalls the first explicit photos he ever laid eyes on--it was a seemingly harmless store catalogue magazine his family had around the house. After the initial rush of excitement from these photos, the feeling of needing more to feel excited and satisfied kept Logan searching. Pleasure-seeking became his goal and, like a drug, he found himself desiring the depravity, even as a church-going Christian. Logan was convinced that marriage and parenthood would eventually break this habit, but the roots of lust he had watered soon grew into visible plants of addiction, dishonesty, and manipulation towards his wife.
Lust is a weed that never stays confined to where it is planted. After much struggle and surrender, Logan's internal "infrastructure" has been totally redeemed--and, by the grace of God, so has his marriage.
