Join Heather, Stephanie, and Michelle as they discuss how Nephi prays in his garden tower and a crowd gathers--this sets off a chain of events that lead to Nephi prophesying about the chief judge's murder. Nephi is given the power over temples and mountains and because of the people's wickedness, he asks for the Lord to bring famine to the land so that everyone will be humbled. How our righteousness in our sphere is important. Most of the quiet and powerful things we do are not public, but they are recognized by the Lord. The greatest reward goes to those who serve without expectation of reward. The similarities of what was happening to the Nephites and to our modern days. What did they do to maintain peace (inwardly)--they repent so they won't spiritually die, they headed the prophets, trusting God who will bless and prosper you.
