Whether it be time, money or the experience of God's blessings in our walk with Him, when we do something, there is always an opportunity cost of something else we won't have, can't do or won't experience. When it comes to Christ, that opportunity cost always brings a higher return than we expect or anticipate!
They continue discussions on how Christ wants us all in or all out...hot or cold...yes or no. And how our excitement in our faith is like that of a fire that quickly grows from a spark to large flames but can quickly dwindle unless more wood (connectivity with God) occurs...daily! Similar to our initial excitement and enthusiasm when we start working out, losing weight or getting out of debt!
