The problem and the solution are simple: Fort Vancouver Regional Library workers are grossly underpaid, and they must be paid a living wage.
We are asking the community at large to speak up for libraries by telling the FVRL Board to approve the allocation of funds to ensure the dignity of a living wage for all FVRL workers.
