NC 14: Uncaging the Sacred Masculine
Manage episode 407035090 series 3538827
“My aim is to provide a process and a platform for men to feel comfortable to connect deeply with themselves. I believe this is the way to complete health – the mind, body and soul approach.” Jack May
From the very first interaction I had with Jack, at a mutual friend’s gym, I could see this bloke was genuine, life loving and heart lead. Having been a chippy, then a healthy food entrepreneur, he morphed again into combining all these facets helping blokes build and nourish their best version of themselves and their lives. Passionate about knowing himself, Jacks all in on creating a living example of his innate expression and the embodiment of the Sacred Masculine. Curiosity, Compassion and Courage is a key to his beautiful expression, which is the premise that underpins his work and incredible coaching space “Wildman Wellness”.
I love the question on Jacks webpage (Wildman Wellness): “What will it feel like to spend another 3,6,12 months where you are right now, knowing you could’ve done something about it?”
Topics we delve into includes:
- Understanding our nervous system
- Internal Family Systems
- Masculine – Holding space and safety
- Birth
- Self-doubt and “Courage to be disliked” (Book he’s also currently reading).
- Breaking out of the masculine cage
- The Wildman Wellness space
And so much more. This conversation is an invitation to step beyond your inertia into the radical empowered life you deserve to live. Linking in with Jack, through his webpage, is an incredible courageous step you can take to be the embodied version of your best self.
Hit play, sit back and enjoy this great chat.
Big Love
Duncan

The intent for these recordings is to be unhomogenised and unpasteurised conversations that aligns with real life. The falling over words, the poise and challenge in moments to understand how to verbalise what’s wanting to come forward, is part of the realness of nutrient dense conversations. So, with that, I have to say I’m embracing and enjoying watching my own clunkiness as I explore my expression through this space. I hope you too hold space for yourself, friends, family, strangers yet to know and myself as we navigate enriched conversations on this journey.
Give me a rating, drop a comment, and share these nutrient dense conversations if they land with you.
