Hello Hello! We're back with another lovely episode of Almost Never. It's feeling like Santana Feat. Rob Thomas "Smooth" out here — as in it's a hot one. Sean makes some bone broth and Josh see the Sudan Archives and goes to a film festival. Sean sells his Messi tickets for $1400, helps lead a mens group, and dives into some personal stories of mental health and losing his brother to suicide. The US is still young, eastern medicine for life, western medicine for trauma, and Purdue be crazy with their Oxycontin. Trump gets arrested in Fulton County along with the whole Giuliana Brady Bunch, the mug shots are hilarious, and an 80k bond seems pretty soft. Billy McFarland emerges from solitary confinement and boldly births Fyre Fest 2.0 (and we're ready for the flames). Andrew Schultz proclaims that T. Swift is the GOAT over Beyonce, and Trey isn't having it. Is Ariana Grande using the guise of a latin artist to boost her sales, and is Lauryn Hill always late to her shows? Celebrity feuds are fake, but what is real in entertainment, and what martial arts style are you choosing? The lads then dive into some foreign affairs with the alleged death of Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin of the Wagner Group, Russian news, and propaganda. Luke Skywalker was a terrorist rebel, and we're all the same, the only thing that is different is the alcohol we drink. Then India lands on the South Pole of the moon in search for water, and the BRICS summit might have something to say about the future world bank. Barbie overtakes The Dark Knight as the number one grossing film for the WB, but that can't save the WB from The Flash being the worst super hero movie loss ever. It's Burning Man week, and Sean recollects his time on the playa, if he'd go back, and the commodification of Burning Man. The lads discuss their requirements for raves and festivals these days, and Subway sells for $9.6B. Rick Rubin writes a book, Trey questions Rick's statement that he knows nothing about music, and Sean and Josh talk about the absolution of self. Trey doesn't like drumless hip-hop, Josh likes 'noname' but Trey thinks she hates white people too much. Finally, Josh gives his sex education of the A-Spot, the lads talk about going to a sex show, and the days when fast food was "good"
