He emerged in the eighties as a major force in the way the flamenco guitar was developing after the revolution of Paco de Lucia. He played some brilliant duets, was admired as a perfectionist, and became a major artist for the label Nuevos Medios. Marcos has great memories of Rafael Riqueni both from Spain and England.
