Our scheduled guests could not appear on this episode so we decided to take it to the beach and let the water soothe our sorrows. LOL! While we were there we said...Why NOT? And the episode on the beach was born because we realize that the ocean can be healing. While there we briefly discussed losing Chadwick Boseman and what he meant to the Black Community, Finding Joy and what that looks like. How important it is to check in with people we love and transparency. Short, sweet and a little salty..We are At the Beach!
