In this episode, I talk about the "Grandfather Frame" or "The Frame Of The Veteran" which is a completely new way of practicing gratitude. I struggle to journal and meditate consistently, but this brand new method has taught me how to instantly feel gratitude at almost the click of my fingers. It's pretty mad, but it works for me at least!
