We don't brew traditional beers. We do a lot of experimentation. Our original mantra was 'outlandish' brews. WHAT IS THE BREWERY KNOWN FOR LOTS of experimentation. A few regulars... • HOLY BASIL PALE ALE • CASCADE WARRIOR IPA • ROCK STEADY JAMAICAN STOUT CURRENT CONCOCTION • BIRTHDAY CAKE Brewery anniversary beer. Originally created on the brewery's second "birthday," the team decided to put the cake INSIDE the beer mash....and it worked! For the fifth anniversary, it was time to add THREE POUND CAKES, cherries and vanilla. Tastes exactly like a big slice of cake. • BIGGUS DICKUS BARLEYWINE 12.5% (*Monty Python reference name) Anniversary ale that gets "bigger" every year. Belgian-style barleywine....cross between a traditional barleywine and an Abbey ale. • IMPERIAL RASPBERRY SHIT-SHOW PORTER 13 LBS of malt extract...by accident....so we added raspberries. A bit of a shit-show afternoon....turned into a crazy brew. COMING SOON • MAPLE PUMPKIN SPICE! OPEN SIX DAYS / WEEK Hours: Monday – Closed Tuesday – 4pm – 10pm Wednesday – 4pm – 1opm Thursday – 4pm – 12am Friday – 4pm – 1am Saturday – 2pm – 1am Sunday – 2pm– 10pm * Open mic on Sundays AVAILABILITY Exclusively in the brewery with some rare kegs to local bars.
