She is the director of the Heartbeat Music Project which aims to provide music education to the Navajo nation. Ms. Horowitz also serves as violin faculty at Mt. Holyoke college and we get to talk about her upbringing with the violin, her passion for bringing high quality music education as a director of the Heartbeat Music Project, and her tips on being a great violinist.
