It was an interesting week for the future of spring football! First, the USFL (yes, THAT USFL!), has been announced to return in 2022 with Fox Sports and The Spring League’s ownership running the league. As if the legendary United States Football League coming back wasn’t enough, the top football journalist covering the XFL, Mike Mitchell, returns to the show for a Good Crisp Interview to discuss what he has been hearing from thosen involved in the XFL x CFL negotiations. Mike also gives insight into what the USFL on Fox could look like in 2022 and what he believes the spring football landscape will look like over the next two years.
