Practicing gratitude can be simple but life changing! Remember like attracts like. If your grateful over what you have you are able to attract more things to be grateful for.

In this episode I interview one of my mentors, Jen Nelson. She is all about gratitude and impacting others. Her light definitely shines bright through everything she does. She is a mom, wife, volleyball coach, human design coach, health and fitness expert and an AMAZING FRIEND.

Jen gives you simple steps on how incorporate gratitude into your daily life and tells you a little bit about her journey with gratitude and how it has impacted her and her relationships.
