Your mission statement establishes the guidelines of accomplishing your overall vision. Without a mission, you have ZERO guidance on where you and your brand are going.

Why do you need a mission statement? To prevent misdirection, confusion, and lack of guidance. Everyone involved in your brand, business, or organization will be confused without a mission statement. A mission statement will guide everyone on the path of YOUR vision.
People WILL begin fulfilling their own mission within your brand if you fail to create a mission! This leads to mass confusion in your customer base and in your employees/team members.
