Isabella Smith is a high-end wedding and event planner. We discuss what it was like for her to grow up on an active horse farm and event venue, which hosted weddings as often as once per week. She shares the insights and lessons this taught her. At the age of 12 you can imagine shuttling hundreds of people to and from their cars, work directly with event planners, and assisting with the set-up and logistics goes a long way.
There are reasons why some event planners are ordinary or average, and why some (like her) are able to charge premium prices for their work. Also, she shares the reality that you should never have a friend for the sake of having a friend plan your wedding. Higher a professional. Also, unlike her (who is a professional) don't plan your own weddings.
