For many of us who have suffered brain injuries, overcoming the feeling of wanting to be who you were before your concussion can be a real challenge and strain on your mental health.
Today’s guest Diane Grimard Wilson has discovered that the best way to deal with this is to stay in the moment. Diane is a peak performance coach, a licensed clinical professional counselor, and has a board certification as a fellow in neurofeedback.
