Today's episode is all about why we struggle so much to feel healthy despite our best efforts. New Year's resolutions often fall short because we don’t realize that the key to feeling healthier lies in our thoughts and mindset. We often try to add more to our already overflowing plates, feeling overwhelmed and stressed, which leads to loss of motivation and ultimately, giving up. But guess what? You don't need to do anything physical right now to start feeling healthier.
I talk about redefining what feeling healthy means to you, personally. By focusing on positive thoughts and emotions, you can naturally take actions that align with feeling healthier. It's about doing less of what no longer serves you and making space for activities that truly bring you joy. Health is really a feeling, and when you start doing things that make you feel good, you'll naturally want to continue.
So, I challenge you to think about what a healthier version of you would think, feel, and do. Then, start integrating those thoughts and feelings into your everyday life. It's time to make feeling healthy easier.
