Online fitness expert, entrepreneur, and fitness model, Samantha Wallace started out in the world of competitive dance and found her way into NPC Bikini Competition.
At the age of 21, she was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery and was diagnosed with endometriosis and endured a very long and painful recovery.
It was during this time that she decided she wanted to help others and got certified in corrective rehabilitation, nutrition and personal training and began training clients.
Like so many, when the COVID pandemic hit, Sam found herself without a job which forced her into pivoting from training clients in person to online training which has become the biggest blessing in her life.
By taking her business online, in less than a year, Sam has been able to help more people, transform more lives while making more money while experiencing more flexibility and freedom in her life and share how she did it.
