Exploring the Deeper Layers of Drama
Manage episode 311071144 series 3082332
Having the courage to explore the first layer of drama at work is big, but many miss the opportunity to start peeling back the layers of drama that truly get in the way from our teams being highly successful and happy. This episode dives into this idea of the deeper layers of drama that exist and a few tools to identify them and move beyond them.
These deeper layers can be sneaky and out of our awareness until we investigate them. This is something I haven't talked about a ton yet as we have been going through a lot of the core philosophy in my content.
Can't wait to see what you guys think about this one!
So for anyone wondering:
- How do I reduce drama at work
- Why do I not act when I am clear on what to do
- How to take more action and be less scared
- How to approach the tough conversations at work
There will be some great ideas for you in this.
The tool I mentioned in the podcast called Edit Your Story is a powerful tool that I do daily and now have as an internally mental process whenever I am stressed, fearful or worried. This is your secret weapon to more clarity in your life.
Watch this video here how to use the Edit Your Story as a leader or to free your own thinking.
Also, here is a front-row seat to one of my latest keynotes if you want to see me in action. I'd love to be on the list if you are ever looking for speakers for your organization in the future. Let's get this message to your teams!
