If you didn't know, I also co-host an English podcast with my amazing partner Lacey. On GITMP, we dive deep into important mental health subjects that we know can help many listeners, because not only are we both life coaches and have dedicated our lives to helping people navigate the ups and downs of their experience, but most of all, because we've been there!
We know what it's like to go through the trenches alone and we want to do everything in our power to reach for anyone who right now also feels like there's no other way but to suffer too often in silence and in solitude.
