36:31In this episode of The Enablement Edge, Steve and Amber sit down with Jonathan Kvarfordt, Founder of GTM AI Academy, to explore the dynamic intersection of AI and enablement in the modern business landscape. Jonathan is an industry leader and an enablement expert. And in this episode, he reveals what originally fueled his fascination with AI and its potential to revolutionize enablement strategies. He shares the crucial skills and experiences that have been instrumental in his professional growth, shedding light on the innovative ways he leverages AI to optimize enablement processes. Steve, Amber, and Jonathan strike a balance between blue-skying possibilities for AI and enablement while also offering practical advice for those wishing to implement AI in their daily work. Some of the insights Jonathan shares include ways to implement AI tools to streamline processes, make data-driven decisions, and unlock new opportunities. Additionally, you’ll hear his “GRACE” framework that he uses every day when prompting tools like ChatGPT. Jonathan also discusses the broader implications of AI on the enablement landscape, highlighting its potential to revolutionize how teams operate and achieve their goals. He gives real-life examples of AI appliations that have led to substantial improvements in business performance, encouraging viewers to stay ahead of technological trends. Jonathan's insights offer a roadmap for those looking to advance their careers by integrating AI into their enablement strategies. — Guest Bio Jonathan Kvarfordt is the Founder of GTM AI Academy focusing on upskilling go-to-market teams and individuals in sales, customer success, marketing, and other functions with AI tools to do things better, faster, and easier. As a sales and enablement executive with 15+ years of experience, Jonathan develops, delivers, and implements enablement programs for global organizations, Fortune 500 clients, and startups. He has an established history of helping companies double their revenue through sales team transformation and the creation of enablement structures. He was recognized in SEC’s 2023 Enablement Ones to Watch report. — Guest Quote “I look at enablement as more than just a content person. Going back to the original question of ‘what are we actually here to do? And does that equal a live group training?’ Most of the time, no. But a lot of people associate enablement with live group training. That's not what enablement is. So I think that's the larger question of really understanding what are we actually here to do and how can AI influence or impact that and just leveraging it as any other tool as you would to be more productive.” – Jonathan Kvarfordt — Time Stamps *(00:00) Episode Start *(01:08) Today’s Topic *(03:24) Introducing Jonathan Kvarfordt *(04:53) What is GTM AI Academy? *(08:30) AI is not just about speed *(14:40) The scaling power of AI *(18:43) Enabling on empathy *(22:42) Enablement cannot be replaced *(27:45) How to level up your enablement team immediately with AI *(32:28) Building the perfect AI prompt using GRACE — Links Connect with Jonathan Kvarfordt on LinkedIn Check out GTM AI Academy Connect with Steve Watt on LinkedIn Connect with Amber Mellano on LinkedIn Check out Seismic The State of AI in Enablement Report…

1:00:35After a decade of incessant and persistent work-in clubs all over Spain, Victor M- -has become one of Spain’s top DJs and producers -whose influences have been hip-hop, funk and the house, among other styles. Pushmann, delivers techno for the mind body and soul. PUSHMANN produces a Detroitesque sound with clear and strong influence of European sound, Berlin and Birmingham. His imaginary sound is based on the fast-paced, industrial and mechanical high-octane techno. In his classic genre he delivers raw goodness to intrigue the listener and take him or her to a higher level. Power, darkness and fierceness serving the dance floor. His special attention and taste for metallic percussion and steel cavernous drums well located in front of everything, almost martia, or warlike. Also draw attention to their surgical and haunting melodies, looped and accelerated to paroxysm. Sophisticated bestiality that stuns and spreads like wildfire. As a DJ, this self-confessed lover of vinyl-and three deck performances- enjoys a refined technique after many years of selecting only the best techno, house and ghetto-techno- sessions defined as strong, energetic and vibrant. Also, Pushmann is the label owner on N&N Records. Pushmann is working for labels like KMS Records, Be As One, End Of Dayz, Suspected, N&N... His releases have the attention and are playing by Ben Sims, Truncate, Mark Broom, Slam, Dj Hyperactive, Kevin Sanderson, Orlando Voorn, Paul Mac, Perc, James Ruskin... 1:50:42Here we go with a special 2h mix recorded at “Mutate invites MORD NIGHT feat. Bas Mooy, UVB and Code27” @ Duel Club in Naples last Xmas. Taking inspiration from the concrete and the abstract, the impalpable, what we know of the existence but we have no idea. His dj set is strongly characterized by a kind of evolutionary process of sound. Starting from abstraction of ambients and drones ending with the concreteness of kicks and hard beats. 1:02:36Nobody exactly knows where and when the multidimensional entity Viginti Tres left the place in which space and time represent a unique entity only to then be embodied in this dimensional space. Viginti Tres describes its journey through the language of synchronicity: it saw the paper moons in Regolo’s solar system, it dispersed in the octarine waters surrounded by Al Tarf light, it tasted Promethium’s crystals glittering under Castor and Pollux’s lights, before passing from Monocerotis to Arcūturus, brushing against Yoggoth and finally reaching Sol III. There are no words, but only frequencies that vibrate in the innermost recesses of the soul of those who listen, and these frequencies gradually reveal the quintessence, where One is All. 1:02:39Raw Berlin Techno is more than a category of music, it is an attitude towards life. A generation experience, where personal backgrounds are not that necessary. That’s why “no infos, just music” is the winged word of Berlin-based Michael Knop, whose latest project “Distale” is about to develop from an insiders’ tip to a vital component of the scene. Inspired by his first extraordinary nights at Germany’s most popular club Berghain in 2006/2007, Michael felt deeply connected to the clear and uncompromising sound. Kick drums like cannon beats, pumping experiences emphatically into one’s mind and a not too highly accelerated tempo are determining for the dirty Distale sound today. Timelessness and an inevitable perfect acoustic, sober and reduced to the essential, but often with a loophole to honest and hugging emotions. “No info, just music”, right. But music is Distale’s info. Something that not only the labels 43records, Brood Audio, Wall Music and Kopfmusik internalized. Even the crowds on the dancefloors around always want to have the latest info. In other words: No techno tale without Distale. The last couple of years have been quite prolific for the French artist, as his productions have been released on established labels such as Children of tomorrow, Skryptöm or Newrhythmic to name a few. It didn’t take long before his work gained the attention of the international techno community. His tracks have been remixed by the likes of Xhin and Ben Gibson and charted by iconic techno figures like Ben Sims. By the end of 2015, his debut live act at the legendary Rex club in Paris has been met with ecstatic acclamation. Moteka’s dark and sophisticated sound is becoming more and more unique, with a huge focus on deep atmospheres, raw rhythms and finely detailed structures. 1:02:59Tim Xavier's passion for music has kept him on the forefront of techno since his innovative releases on Blueline in Chicago a decade ago. His career began in Houston in the 90s, and then on to Chicago, Brooklyn and now Berlin, where he has resided since 2007. He is a veteran to the industry; and his dark, edgy production style has remained uncompromised through the ever changing genres of techno and house. He is also the owner and chief engineer at Manmade Mastering in Berlin; and this sleepy-eyed coffee addict defines cool as he cuts master plates for many respected record labels. Tim’s music has been charted and played by leading artists around the world, and he has worked with many labels such as Cocoon, Minus, Sci-Tec, Podium, Timefog, Little Helpers, Sleaze, Droid Behavior and many more. He is also the owner of his own imprint, LTD400, which encompasses his irresistible combination of quirk, funk, space and drive. Tim spray-paints his signature icon on 400 sleeves of each release, a process that he says connects him more closely to his music and audience. He also works with partner Camea on her imprint Clink Recordings, with Tony Rohr as the ‘Afternoon Coffee Boys’. On Stage, Tim’s current performances include a mixture of DJing, Live and Effects manipulation, carrying out his visionas he sees fit. He creates a unique experience with his maximal sound quality and music selection, in which he combines loops and pieces from his own production. He is regularly on tour and performing across the globe, capturing his audiences with his signature sound. Tim's relentless devotion to providing cutting edge audio continues to keep him on the forefront of innovative dance music, and as he continues to grow it is apparent that we have still yet to see the best of his work. 1:01:45Intransigeance and involvement are two words that Sergio 69 and E-Care, the two Lyon based techno activists known as CLFT Militia, are taking more than literally. Growing up, Sergio 69 cut his teeth on New Wave in Grenoble “Techno city” while E-care was going strong on muscled up Techno in Valencia, Spain. As they gathered as a DJ team, they brought hard and intense work in the rave scene of Lyon... Filling the gap between hard hitting techno and dark electro, they open a space dedicated to freedom, taking their references in the militant spirit of the early rave scene. They pay tribute to the original underground techno, allowing it to express as a music for the body and the mind. As hard strugglers the two “compadres” are putting away attitudes and postures, but they still always give a certain interest in aesthetics and visual aspects, matching a high level of craft in their releases, events or features. As whole universe, CLFT resonates as a pure energy of techno. 1:03:21Debuting on the Baud label in 2010 with some understated dub techno in the Material Things EP, featuring a remix of the title-track by one Patrick Gräser, aka Answer Code Request, Dicicco’s music over the years has made its way to compilations and various artist EPs put out by labels like Stockholm LTD, Other Heights and Jonas Kopp’s Traut Muzik, to Semantica via the talent pool that is Svreca’s Nonnative Series. Dicicco’s own production palate ranges from the booming dub techno of earlier tracks like “Night Erosion” to the dirty sewer sounds of “16 Reels”, and most recently the spooky, tunnelling techno of “We let Go” freshly released by Jordan Czamanski’s Off Minor Recordings. Dicicco’s ties also stretch across the pond to New York after hooking up a 12” with Anthony Parasole’s The Corner in 2014 following the launch of his own independent platform Run Out Run. To date Run Out Run has released three of Dicicco’s own records, plus others by D'Marc Cantu, Killawatt, and a collaboration between John Osborn and Tallmen785, while more recently, Run Out Run’s second record for 2015 was a various artist EP headlined by October and L.I.E.S affiliate TX Connect. With some inspiration from David Attenborough’s Frozen Planet documentary, Dicicco established the Wood Bison-referencing Inner Surface Music label with AnD in 2011, and his own, fittingly cold and dusted-up Exit 12” sketched out his first release on the label the following year. It was around this time that Dicicco hooked up with Andrew Bowen of AnD for a track on Brothers, but it’s the Untitled split EP with Kowton on Paul Cooper’s sorely missed Project Squared which stands out as some of his best work. A resident of Northampton in the UK, Tom Dicicco – whose surname is pronounced Dee-chee-co - should be something of an inspiration to budding producers out there in proving that hard work, perseverance and a cordial attitude will eventually get you somewhere near to where you want to be. And he's a devil of a DJ. 1:08:56PVS is a project born and grown in the Eternal City. The artistic journey of Marco Piovesan is strictly connected to the person of Freddy K, which introduces PVS to the european rave culture that he partially knew because of his experience collected in the early 2000’s while he was attending trance raves. Year by year Marco increases his music culture and taste experimenting different kinds of sounds and going through multiple alias until he finally finds his own way as PVS. 2013 is the year of the turning point: PVS got asked to be part of the roster of Unbroken Booking and at the end of the same year, he has the chance to sign his own ep on the well known M_Rec. Thanks to this release he’ll have the chance to play side by side with “the boss” Max M in several showcases around the Europe that will lead to his appearances in clubs like Tresor (Berlin), Off (Paris), About Blank (Berlin), KBD18 (Copenaghen) and the one that doesn’t need presentation: Berghain. Always in 2013, PVS starts his own label: H.omework and the first release receives great support from the whole techno scene: “Fuckin’ Society” has been consumed by all the main exponents of the techno industry and it’s still very played nowadays. You can also find tunes signed by PVS on imprints as Key Rec, Attic Music and Children Of Tomorrow to mention few of them. 1:06:10Energun project created in 1996 by two like-minded Denis Sinitsyn and Sergey Maksimchuka. Cool start taking Energun released a series of vinyl releases (Salpeter, Kazumi, Highball, etc) and to celebrate all major festivals of the post-Soviet space. After the break, taken in 2006, the project participants were mainly studio work, updated equipment and experimented with sound, which resulted in the creation of several side-projects, the most famous of which were vocal and electronic experiments within the formation Energun vs. Logika. But the roots have taken their toll and already in 2011 on live performances Energun could hear a real techno sound. Another important event of 2011 was the founding of the label Energun Records, which in addition to its work, the band released the famous representatives of the national electronic scene. A series of new releases willingly supported and included in their sets, many stars and luminaries techno. Also, based on the production studio operates successfully Energun Records Mastering Service, which helps musicians make electronic signature sound by professional mastering tracks. Energun subsequent years continued to promote the creation of techno. It was released a large number of releases on the most famous techno labels (Decoy, Affin, Newrhythmic, Android Muziq, Darknet, Slap Jaxx, AcidWorx and ect.), After which received tremendous support from the techno community (Dave Clarke, Richie Hawtin, Giorgio Gigli, Marcel Dettmann, Inigo Kennedy, Milton Bradley, Takaaki Itoh, Mattias Fridell, Kr! z, Norman Nodge, Bas Mooy, Tommy Four Seven, and many others). Continued progress in the search for studio gave fruit and made in 2014 for a record Energun 3 vinyl release - 42 digital and 42 tracks in various tehnokompilyatsiyah. But despite on seemingly fruitful production activities to date - Energun, continues to delight its Live shows, during which skillfully combines DJing with improvisations on analog synthesizers and samplers. According to the musicians - each live performance - a kind of a unique experiment, during which, sometimes intuitively are infinitely new colors and facets of techno music.…
