In the letter to the Colossians, Paul writes how our relationship to God through Jesus Christ affects all our relationships.
Paul had heard that the Colossian Christians, who had at one time been strong in their faith, were now vulnerable to deception about the faith. He wrote to refute each of the theological errors the Colossians were tempted to embrace.
Is this not also just like our world today?
The city of Collisae was decimated by an earthquake in the 60s AD and has yet to be excavated. It was built along a major trade route. The discovery to come when it is excavated is sure to be astounding.
