In this Episode I speak with Masculinity Coach Dylan Roos. Dylan talks about the work that he does to help young men to transition from boys psychology to a man’s psychology. He talks about how all cultures used to have rites of passages from boys to allow them to transition into manhood. Dylan tells us how our society has lost these rites of passage and how it has resulted in a lot of men who haven’t developed their masculinity in a healthy way.

Dylan tells us about what a lot of younger men are struggling with these days. He talks about their lack of confidence, mental health, and ability to handle adversity. He talks about how society demonizes masculinity and why changing the term “toxic masculinity” to “wounded masculinity” would be more beneficial for younger men to express their masculinity properly.

Dylan tells us how not properly integrating our masculinity and emotions leads to repression. He tells us how repression leads to more nasty actions and violence in the future. Dylan shares his own journey and some painful moments in his life that lead to his own transformation. He shares how his daily habits and what he wants in life change after developing a more positive masculinity.
