In this episode I speak with comedian and host of the podcast “Causing the Effect Podcast” Scott Gazzoli. Scott and I talk about why we have an interest in the mind, consciousness and personal development. Scott tells us the path he went down to find out more about who is and live with more authenticity.
Scott talks about balancing spirituality and personal development. We talk about the balance of “doing” and “being” and the importance of having both to find fulfillment in our society. We talk about the feeling of lack and insufficiency that everyone feels and how we deal with it.
Scott tells us about his life growing up with his dad being a part of the mafia and going into the witness protection program. He tells us the story of growing up being groomed to be a part of the mob. He tells us a bunch of lessons he got growing up in that environment and how he got out of it.
