Money and people are moving into Seattle at an unprecedented rate. In an apparent effort to keep pace with the growth, Seattle has led the nation in the number of cranes in the sky two years in a row. Though significant attention is given to the number of people moving in, IRS data shows thousands of people are also moving out.
