Losing your "midlife middle" won't be easy, but it can be done. If you feel like you've done everything you can, you just have to go back and look at it again while talking through it with someone else. You may see things there you didn't before.
Katie felt like she was doing everything she could to lose that 10 pounds that had crept on over a couple of years. She was frustrated because it seemed that nothing worked.
