Freedom is the driver for fitness in this phase of life. Kelly reminds us that at this time we may have more time, money, and less responsibility, but if we don't have the fitness to be able to enjoy those things, we've missed a central life component.
To gain benefit from movement you have make a goal to be consistent, and once you have established your consistency through habit, you will gain freedom to enjoy all of the things that life brings at this time in your life. Bottom Line.
