This past weeks have felt like a year and we know we're not the only ones who have experienced feelings of worry and confusion during this time. If you've felt any anxiety, stress exhaustion or loneliness, we feel you and we want to help you overcome those feelings that we too can often experience.
We worked with Sara Chaabi, psychologist, who will explain to you what is anxiety, how it can be experienced and how to handle it.
