Minter Dialogue Episode #412
Patrick Jinks is a certified leadership & strategy coach specialised in helping not-for-profit organisations, boards and leaders. Patrick has had considerable experience in nonprofits having served twice as CEO. He's also an author, having coauthored two books (one of which, Success Starts Today, was with Soup for the Soul creator Jack Canfield) as well as being sole author of the book, "Strategic Fail, Why Nonprofit Strategic Planning Fails, and How to Fix It." In this discussion, we look at how to be better leader in a nonprofit, what are the differences between leadership, strategic planning and purpose between nonprofit and for profit organisations. We also explore Patrick's key irreverent moments of truth.
