The podcast is changing its name to Heal Your Story. Have you ever noticed how people tell stories about who they are that just don't match up with who they present to be? We often tell ourselves stories in order to cope...with past trauma or with something deeply ingrained in us from childhood. That can all manifest into physical pain.

I am excited to share this new podcast which is much more related to the work that I do with clients. I help people get out of their busy heads and back in touch with their heart space. It allows them to shift the narrative they have been telling themselves in order to heal.

I share a little bit about my healing journey, which as in turn, allowed me to help others with their healing.
