In this episode we'll explore more deeply the idea of choice. What parts of ourselves keep us from making the choices we desire to, and how does a deeper awareness of the eternal us, help us to move beyond those barriers?
We'll talk about the differences in the default way we see the manner in which reality works and compare it to the more expansive model the self uses and explore how becoming familiar with that and utilizing some of that awareness, can be very helpful as we move toward the choices we really want to make.
I've also provided another guided mediation at the end of the session which will allow a connection with the deeper you that will help to move you more into the awareness that will provide for you the results you desire.
