Home prices have appreciated by about 4 or 5% each year over the last few years, making it a great time to be a buyer or a seller. With low inventory and low interest rates, we are seeing both buyers and sellers benefit in our neutral, healthy market.
Buyers are finding that now is a great time to pull the trigger due to historically low interest rates.
