Ben Crawford is a senior at the University of Oregon and the founder of New Generation Track and Field. If you’re into running YouTube content then you’ve definitely come across his name since his channel has more than 45 thousand subscribers. They also have a print magazine with a new edition coming out soon. Ben and his squad were recently profiled in Outside Magazine in an article titled “These Gen Z Runners Want to Reinvent Running Media” I was called an impresario and aspiring five-minute miler in that same article. In this episode, we explore a bit more on Ben’s approach to storytelling, what got him started in it, where he would like to see things going and why I see several parallels to how I built CITIUS MAG within the past four years.

Plus, a little bit on Ben’s quest to get fit by 2022, which I’m all about as well.
