What topic do you focus on for this episode?: I'll share my story about working for the Navy my entire career and then becoming an entrepreneur. I'd like to talk about self mastery and understanding ourselves better. I coach in the area of positive intelligence - mastering our minds so that our minds don't hold us back from creating a life we love living. Don't wait for circumstances to change - we can love our lives now! I can also give tips for selling to the federal government if that's of interest to your audience.

Emily Harman has 34 years of service to her country as both a Naval Officer and civilian federal employee, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service in May 2019. Now, as a Certified Professional Coach, Emily helps her clients transform their dreams into reality so they can create a life they love while achieving new heights of authentic success. In addition, she helps entrepreneurs create more freedom and time for themselves, their relationships, and health, while positioning their company to accelerate results and win Government contracts.
