That’s why I invited my guest, Deborah Kozich, Midlife Self-Love Coach, Certified Light Master, Integrative Wellness Guide, and Transformational Love and Certified Life Coach, on this episode to discuss the mental and physical challenges that women face during midlife, particularly menopause.
