Hello and welcome to yet another podcast release, Imma going keep moving forward and talking with ya on general topics, share morning coffee time and talk about what ever comes up. Really strange at first all this one sided conversation, like have a real heart to heart with self on a daily.
I personally find banter aka conversation an asset moving forward in understanding eachother and life. A real exposing of some vulnerable areas in my inner self has helped me and others to become more attached, knowing more "Secrets" of your friends makes for a tighter n closer relationship.
Although that knowledge can be used against you, so discern the spirits as they say.
