Grief and drinking too much alcohol can be intrinsically linked. We don't like to talk about death, and are often uncomfortable facing the reality of our own end of life journey. With questions from Sober club members who have found that dealing with grief had a direct impact on their sobriety and recovery, we talk to Sharon Paul, a grief counsellor and soul midwife on how to cope with grief and how to respectfully take control of our own end of life plan.
